We use solar energy for two things:

• Bake pigment printed fabrics

• Heat water

• We conserve water by using as little as possible almost 30% less than industry standard

• We harvest rain water and store it for use through the year and also recharge ground water.

Waste water generated through the process of printing and dyeing is treated through:

• Flocculation

• Removal of sludge

• Bio-remediation by passing it through a microbe rich growing medium with Canna plantation

• Sand and pebble filtration

All the waste water treated is reused for washing and cleaning blocks, screen buckets printing tables etc.
